He is A-tier tho lol. but yes his bite is very good for punishing people who are dumb and just hold shield button, it can also kill at the edge. his side-b can be used for recovery and so can his down-b. his up-b may not be that good but u can recover low or high with his side-b. his fart fully charged can kill anyone at 60% or lower depending on where u are on the stage or what character ur using. overall Wario is a solid character with crazy air mobility and devastating combos! I would say his weakness is that he is a short ranged character and doesnt deal well with sword characters -_-
I think that if you have chromebook, I suggest that you use android(take this with a grain of salt) if you have Linux there's a version for that and steamOS

How to cheese Sci-Float:
Set power-ups to only turnip basket, frosted cake, and propeller
turn hazards off or just be careful
set starting power-up to turnip basket and reserve to propeller
start the match (vb land map of course)
Make yourself small and activate the reserve power-up, then collect the cake. (you might not see this in the video)
